Proper joints. Honest timber. No shortcuts.

Every piece starts at the bench in our workshop, cut from timber chosen by eye and joined the traditional way, so it stays square, true and solid long after it's fitted.

We're a small, local workshop, which means the person who measures up your job is the person who makes it and fits it. You'll get straight answers, a clear written quote, and a finish we're proud to put our name to.

What we make

Bespoke work, built to fit your home exactly.

  • Staircases

New staircases, replacement treads and balustrades, from cottage winders to statement oak stairs.

  • Fitted furniture

Wardrobes, alcove units, window seats and shelving, built into awkward spaces and old walls.

  • Doors and windows

Hand-made doors, sash and casement windows, plus careful repair and restoration of period joinery.

  • Kitchens

Solid wood kitchens made to measure, or new doors and worktops to give an existing kitchen a second life.

  • Furniture

One-off tables, benches, cabinets and dressers, designed with you and made from timber you choose.

  • Floors and finishing

Hardwood flooring, skirting, architrave and panelling, finished cleanly to bring a room together.

Painting and decorating

We also paint and decorate, so a new staircase or fitted unit can be finished alongside the room it sits in, with one trade and one point of contact.
